Rene Rogers is the managing member of Wham & Rogers, PLLC. She has been an attorney for thirty-seven years and practices law with her husband, Mark Wham, and their son, Ryan Wham. Wham & Rogers specializes in personal injury and business litigation. The firm handles cases in Montgomery, Harris and across the State of Texas.
Along with the experience Rene brings to her law firm, she's also the Past President The Woodlands Bar Association and was a member of that board for six years. She has been recognized two times as a top personal injury attorney by the Houstonia magazine. She's a member of the Texas Bar College, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce , the Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce, Montgomery County Association of Business Women, The Executive Women's Alliance and on the board of the Dispute Resolution Center.
Rene is a native Houstonian and she and Mark have been residents of Montgomery County since 1992. In her spare time, Rene enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and reading.

Conroe's Incredible Pizza
In 1990, Mario Valadez started his family entertainment career, at Celebration Station in Austin, Texas. He has worked in management operations with FEC’s for 31 years. Valadez's experience with business operations, management, grass roots marketing and community involvement has given him many opportunities and ultimately here in Conroe, as the owner of Conroe’s Incredible Pizza Company.
By being an active member in the community, he has brought Conroe’s IPC to partner with the local YMCA for their Leap of Faith Equine Therapy program. Mario has served two terms on the YMCA board and is on the Board of Directors at the Conroe//Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce. He participates in the chamber's Tastefest Committee and other events in the community.
Rene S. Rogers has been a licensed attorney for 38 years. She is a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Houston and the University of Houston College of Law. She has been a resident of The Woodlands for 31 years. During her 38 years of practice, Rene has handled a wide variety of cases, including products liability, oil field litigation, business litigation, breach of contract, real estate litigation and personal injury.
